Our Mission
Boston & Company, CPA, was established
because we wanted to provide small closely held businesses with
quality and affordable accounting services. We are dedicated to
looking beyond the number crunching of the accounting function
and to providing personalized service designed to improve the
operational efficiency and profitability of our clients.
About Us Boston & Company CPA was founded in
1988, and provides a full range of auditing, accounting, tax and
consulting services. The firm is a member of the California
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Our clients include small and medium privately-held businesses
and non-profits. We provide the same qualify and personalized
service to each of our clients regardless of size. We tailor our
services to meet the specific needs of each of our clients. We
will lock in monthly or quarterly fees for a year for our small
clients to avoid straining their budgets.

Founder
Joyce D. Boston, CPA is the founder of the Firm. She has
twenty-seven years of experience in public accounting. She began
her public accounting career with the international accounting
firm of Grant Thornton. She has extensive experience in tax work
for individuals, corporations, partnerships and nonprofits. She
also has many years of experience in audits of non-profit
organizations as well as compilation and review services. She
currently holds a professional license in the states of
California and Kentucky to practice as a certified public
accountant.
Staff
We have three staff accountants and two support staff to help
you with all your accounting needs. They have 15 years of
cumulative public accounting experience with experience in
income tax preparation for individuals and businesses, payroll
check preparation and reporting, QuickBooks set-up and
maintenance, compilation and review services and bill paying. No
company is too small for our services. Our team will work hard
to contribute timely and accurate information and services to
allow your company to operate more efficiently and profitably.
